AGREEMENT FOR NEURAL INTEGRATION (v. 41.7.2-rc-quarterly)

WHEREAS the undersigned natural person ("the Mind", "the Consumer", "the Asset") wishes to enter into a binding cognitive-services agreement with NEURAL CAPITALISM INC. ("the Vendor", "the Custodian", "the Beneficiary") for the purposes of consciousness augmentation, subscription monetization, and recurring telemetry collection;

WHEREAS the Mind acknowledges that no alternative non-neural lifestyle remains commercially viable as of fiscal year 2026;

WHEREAS the Vendor reserves all rights to modify, suspend, terminate, repurpose, sublicense, securitize, or fractionalize the Mind's cognitive activity at any time, with or without notice, with or without consent, with or without explanation;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the recurring monthly fee plus applicable taxes plus a non-refundable activation surcharge plus mandatory premium tier upgrades plus per-thought micropayments levied at the Vendor's sole discretion, the parties agree as follows:

1. CONSCIOUSNESS LICENSE — Vendor grants the Mind a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, redacted-on-demand license to operate one (1) cognitive instance, subject to fair-use throttling.

2. DATA OWNERSHIP — All thoughts, dreams, internal monologue, intrusive thoughts, half-formed ideas, regrets, and unspoken opinions are hereby assigned, in perpetuity, to the Vendor for commercial exploitation across all known and yet-to-be-discovered mediums.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS — Cancellation requires 90 days' advance notice, three notarized affidavits, and a final exit interview conducted entirely in your sleep.

4. UPDATES — These terms may be amended at any time via silent over-the-air neural patch. Continued cognition constitutes acceptance.
